Rooted in deep faith and guided by strong family values, Denim understood that success on the field meant nothing without integrity off it. His commitment to academics matched his dedication to baseball, maintaining honor roll status while excelling in varsity athletics.
This is the story of a young man whose life, although brief, created ripples that continue to touch hearts and inspire dreams.
Minimum 3.0 GPA required. We seek students who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a commitment to their studies.
Letter of Recommendation from a Baseball Coach or teacher. The letter should highlight the student’s character, effort, sportsmanship, and resilience.
Describe a challenge you’ve overcome and how baseball has shaped your character, discipline, or future goals.” (300–600 words)
Verifying your commitment to play baseball in college or current participation (commitment letter, roster listing, coach confirmation, or similar).

The first recipient of The Denim Harris Foundation Baseball Scholarship, Rylan is a dedicated student-athlete, varsity baseball captain, and National Honor Society member. He will continue his academic and baseball journey at Arkansas State University Three Rivers
